Order Processing Time 

All orders placed on slynto.com are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping 

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Klentoro LLC is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of value, to all addresses within the United States.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages 

Klentoro LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly. Klentoro LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Klentoro LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
