You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping
Klentoro LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to us.
4. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival and status.
